At each stage of the order, check points are created to monitor the quality parameters are achieved before moving onto the next stage of the production.

We procure contamination free yarn, superior yarns to avoid pilling for high value products.

We do fabric inspections in Gregic Fabric Form before starting the bulk knitting process to review any yarn defects.

We do fabric inspection & test the shrinkage, colour fastness & spirality in our lab & also 3rd party labs. 

We do preshrunk wash for all our garments to get perfect fit after every wash.

Each Cut Panel is inspected for any defects before each process. 

We do cut all of the garment parts within the same fabric panel to avoid shade variations & also number them to match all the cut panels to start the production. 

We pick from our bulk production & submit them for GPT Testing before Final Inspections.

Each Garment is inspected by our final checkers & then passed on to final packing process before delivery.

We do FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP Shipments via Air, Sea & Courier Mode as per client's request.
